The Nortonthorpe Sports Club’s clubhouse was erected in the 1970’s and currently has two small changing rooms, male and female toilets, and a bar area.
There are additional changing rooms in a mobile building to the rear of the clubhouse including facilities for match officials.
The kitchen & bar area have recently undergone a modest refurbishment and we are pleased to have received a 5* hygiene rating by Kirklees Council.
A limited food and drinks menu is offered on a Saturday and Sunday morning when junior football training and matches are taking place, and the bar is also open on Saturday afternoons whilst open age football matches are taking place.
These services are run by our wonderful volunteers, who do a great job and we are very thankful for.
The clubhouse is available to rent on ad hoc or regular basis.
Whilst the clubhouse is clean, tidy and recently decorated, we have hopes of significant further refurbishment in the future.
