On Friday 31 January The Flow Studio are moving to a new location for their Pilates sessions.
Sharron, the lovely lady behind The Flow Studio said “I’ve found a great space to use that I believe will be a positive contribution to grow our Pilates community.”
📍 The new location can be found at St Paul’s Church Hall in Shepley.
