Please remember that there is a requirement to present identification at the polling station in order to cast your vote. Kirklees Children’s Summer Camp Dates 2024
Summer camp bookings are open. The attached flyer has information about the camp, individual dates are below. There are some assisted places for reduced rates. Eligibility for an assisted place – have a Kirklees Passport, or in receipt of the following benefits: Housing Benefit, Universal Credit, Employment Support Allowance (income related), Income support, Working Family tax credit, Free School Meals or use a foodbank. Planning for the Future for parents of young people with SEND
PCAN is holding this event, taking place on the 21st May 9.30am – 2.30pm at the John Smith Stadium, Huddersfield, as they get many enquiries from local families about future planning, beyond education. It is not a careers event but aims to support parents and carers with a lot of the frequently asked questions. You can find out more and book a place here:
Local Offer Live
The Kirklees SEND Local Offer is coming to life with a FREE live event taking place on Tuesday 9th July 2024, 10 – 6pm at John Smith Stadium in Huddersfield. Come along and chat face to face with the range of activities and services who support children and young people with SEND. They will help you get a better understanding of all the services and support available. Find out more here:
