Facts and Figures August 2017

Many of these groups are new and none are actively promoted and so all growth and engagement has been organic. Facebook has now enabled us to link the groups with our Facebook page, which will enable us to promote and engender engagement in these groups. One of our marketing objectives this year is to increase our cross promotion of our groups and promote their facility wider. However, we are often told how reliable and trustworthy community we have.

The HD8 Network Page on Facebook reached 593 people last week (6^th August – 12^th August 2017), however this was a 67% decrease from last week.

Our Tweets earnt 24.9k impressions in the last 28 days, which is the same as on last report.

Facebook referred 1295 page views (20% of referrals) to the website, although this number is expected to greatly increased with use of tracking codes on links shared externally. Google refers nearly 30% of traffic to our website and nearly 20% is labelled as direct, which is where the tracking codes will assist better analysis.

In the last year www.HD8network.co.uk received nearly 7000 visits, from just under 5000 users and received just under 16,000 page views.

Whilst there is a reduction of visits and users reported since we last published these results, there has been similar amounts of page views, which shows people are staying on the site for longer.

Events pages received nearly 4000 page views, the directory received 2137 page views and the Join page, the page to add events and about us have also been the top viewed pages in the last year.

Denby Dale in the area section received the most page views, followed by Clayton West, Skelmanthorpe and Kirkburton.

Last month there were 559 sessions on the website, with an average of 2.5 pages per sessions
