Join our Circuit class and feel the jolt of progress as you charge through a power-packed sequence of exercises. Blast away the excuses and get ready to shock your muscles into shape!
You’ll move around stations working each muscle group whilst testing your cardio and strength. Each class will be different from the last with a mix of movements and levels of intensity to keep you on your toes.
