About

No matter how much you prepared, parenting is different from your imagination. We all have questions, worries and need support to know we are doing the right thing.

We have put together a postpartum, or fourth trimester, project to help you find new parents just like you, have support through common issues and be able to come along for a brew and a relax. Each week a new topic, and always time for questions.

Topics covering: breast/bottle feeding, babywearing, colic/crying, safe sleep, nappies and self care. We will go through ways in which you can help your body recover from birthing, and how you can find your rhythm to life with a new little one.

Partners, older children, or friends welcome to come with you. We know some of you may be struggling to get out with not being able to drive thanks to a c-section, please let us know if transport is an issue.

To book please go to www.bookwhen/parentsanctuary
