About

After school club for children aged 6-12yrs.

Join us for hour long sessions bringing yoga to life through themed sessions, including games and mindful activities, yoga postures and relaxation/meditation practices.

These sessions are fun and engaging throughout and focus on connection to ourselves and the world around us, yoga is a brilliant practice to help increase concentration, boost self confidence and improve emotional regulation. All sessions are inclusive and provide a safe space in which children can explore their psychological and physical wellbeing.

Sessions are £7.50 booked in advance (£9 on the door) visit www.boostyoga.co.uk for more info and to book.

I work with an enhanced DBS, public liability insurance, BSc in Health Psychology and a 95hr advanced children’s yoga and mindfulness teaching qualification.
