Ruddi’s Retreat

Ruddi’s Retreat is a charity based in Slaithwaite, Huddersfield.

We provide respite breaks to children and their families living with cancer, life limiting illness and bereavement.

We own and operate four caravans based at Primrose Valley in Filey on the East Coast, one of which is fully accessible and is fitted with a ceiling trapeze hoist and one caravan based at Newton Hall Holiday Park in Blackpool, Lancashire.

In addition to the caravans we also have a cafe also based in Slaithwaite which specialises in afternoon teas, handmade treats, celebration cakes and lots of other goodies.

We cater for both the public and private sector and all profits made after expenses go straight to the charity.
