Holme Physio has been established for over 12 years, offering home visit Physiotherapy in the community. We are based in Lepton, providing care across West Yorkshire.

We are a small team of highly experienced Physiotherapists, with a keen interest in providing an exceptional standard of holistic assessment and care tailored to the individual.

We assess and treat:
-Elderly falls and mobility assessments
-Neurological conditions – Stroke, MS, Parkinsons Disease
