The 8th edition of this popular village race. The Denby Dash is a 5.6 mile (9km) scenic and undulating course on footpaths through fields, woodland, conservation land and the historic Quaker Village at High Flatts with a total ascent of 700ft.
The course is well marked and marshalled and suitable for recreational as well as club runners.
Homemade flapjack for all finishers. Prizes for usual age categories. Trophy for ‘1st local’ lady and man home.
Also junior races at 10.30am for children aged 6 and above (see separate details)
Live music and refreshment stalls back at The George Inn. Fun for all on a Bank Holiday Monday!
