The Kirkburton Beer Festival is well and truly on it’s way to being a fantastic weekend, this bank holiday.

2023 will be our 15th year of holding the event.
They will have 30 barrels of beers from various breweries and 6 ciders, as well as 90 bottles of Prosecco, plus different red and white wines (for the ladies apparently! =;0) ).
All money raised goes to the Kirkburton Uniformed Group which includes Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Brownies, Guides and Senior Section.
They also raise money for a further charity each year.
In 2023 it is Zarach – a West Yorkshire charity that provides a bed and basics for children in poverty.
A fun filled two days including pie & peas and a quiz on Friday evening. With a fayre on Saturday afternoon having various stalls, raffle and live bands including the alcohol!
Playing this year are Thunderbridge, HD8 Voices choir and Linthwaite brass band.
