Cliffe House

Cliffe House is a grade II listed country house, set within 13 acres of mature woodland, in Shepley. We are part of Kirklees Council and our aim is to deliver a wide range of activities and events for all to enjoy.

What We Do |
Outdoor adventure residential experiences for schools

Delivery of an outdoor adventure programme during school holidays. FREE access to a wonderful adventure playground

Venue for local events, e.g. ‘At at The House’, ‘Cliffe House Christmas Fayre’, ‘Heritage Open Days’, ‘FoCH Garden Party’, ‘Classic Car Show’.

Venue for special celebrations, anniversaries, parties, weddings

Venue for hosting conferencing and meetings

Venue for house hire (exclusive hire of Cliffe House)

Venue for local community groups

We are also supported by a terrific volunteer group – ‘FoCH’ (Friends of Cliffe House)
