EMLEY MATTERS

Our full name is Emley & Emley Moor Community Group. We aim to improve both environmental and social welfare for local residents which includes running the village community centre. We host weekly Dementia Activity days in conjunction with the Denby Dale Centre, run a weekly Community Cafe each Wednesday, and through our fund raising plough as much as possible back into our community. This could include green space planting, hosting film nights & hosting litter picks to name but a few. We also operate as fund holders for smaller village groups who are denied bank account facilities and encourage / support those sub-groups.
